Business Development Manager – 02 Male or Female

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Qualification – Any degree/MBA

Job description:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective Architects, Builders & clients.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contractsensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing Architects, Builders & customers.
  • To train, groom and Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
  • Regularly meeting with Architecture, builders and Contractors.
  • Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings and Ensure closures with satisfied levels of the end users .

Experience – 5 to 10 years preferably in consumer durables, sanitary ware, building materials, or related products.

Job Description:

  • Exposure to sound retail practices.
    • Must have worked in major markets in his/her area and with exposure to sound retailing practices.
    • Should have managed a team and should have worked on both self as well as team targets. High caliber and aggressive front-ending sales personnel capable of managing quality retail show room with sound retail practices.
    • Imparting total in-store customer experience and driving the business to meet the desired sales objectives and goals.
    • She should be a team player and a leader and should be exposed to the business practices in the domain of building materials.
    • The ideal candidate should have adequate experience in high end brand show rooms and should be capable of interacting with builders, developers, architects and other influencers in the project segment during their visit to show room and if necessary on site.
    • Experience and Knowledge in the sales and marketing of Bathroom products will be an added advantage.
    • Should have flair to come up with novel ideas to increase footfall and ensure maximum visit to sales ratio is achieved.

 

Sales Manager:

Experience – 4 to 7 Years any building material

  • Prepare budgets and approve expenditures
  • Monitor customer preferences to determine the focus of sales efforts
  • Analyze sales statistics
  • Project & Individual sales and determine the profitability of products and services
  • Determine discount rates or special pricing plans
  • Develop plans to acquire new customers or clients, through direct sales techniques, cold calling, and business-to-business marketing visits
  • Assign sales territories and set sales quotas
